Edward T. Kilcoyne

Northbridge- Edward T. Kilcoyne, 64,  died Saturday, January 6.  He leaves his wife of 40 years, Patricia (Horohoe) Kilcoyne, a son, Daniel E. Kilcoyne, of New Haven, CT, two daughters; Kerrie Cooney and her husband, John, of Norfolk, and Maura Kilcoyne, of Westborough; two sisters; Maureen Kilcoyne, in Bluffton, SC, and Kathleen Kilcoyne, in Loveland, CO, and three grandchildren; Caroline, Annabel and Liam.

The son of Thomas and Margaret (Condon) Kilcoyne, Ed was born December 4, 1953, in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1971.  He earned an Associates degree in Radiology at Quinsigamond Community College, a BS in Biology at  Worcester State University and continued his education at Sylvania Technical School  in Waltham, earning a Certificate of Computer Electronics.   Ed worked as an X-Ray technician before a long career as a medical equipment salesman, first for Kodak, then General Electric, before retiring in 2015.

Ed was a member of Saint Patrick's Church, the Knights of Columbus, MSRT and the Singletary Rod and Gun Club.  His pasttimes included golf, fishing, photography and playing the piano.  He was an excellent cook and enjoyed riding his Harley and biking.  Ed especially loved spending time  with his children and grandchildren.  

Calling hours are Friday, January 12, from 4-7PM.  Ed's Funeral Mass at Saint Patrick's Church, is Saturday, January 13 at 12 Noon.  Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, consider a memorial donation to Saint Patrick's Church, 7 East St., Whitinsville, MA 01588
