Kevin T. McMahon

Webster—Kevin T. McMahon, 72, died Saturday, January 14, in the UMASS Medical Center, after a brief illness.  He leaves his loving  wife of 47 years, Susan McMahon, his daughter Heather and her husband Keith Glode, and their sons,  Scott and Ryan, of Sutton; and three brothers and their wives; John and Marie, in NM; Joseph and Susan, in FL; and Stephen and Mary Ann, of Franklin, MA.  He was predeceased by his brother Robert.

Kevin was born July 6, 1944, in Roslindale, a son of Michael and Della (Greene) McMahon.  He grew up in Roslindale and graduated from Boston Technical High School.  He was a carpenter and member of the Carpenters’ Local 218 for more than 50 years.  He was retired from Pappas Co., in Newton. 

A dedicated walker, Kevin walked 4 miles daily and enjoyed feeding his backyard birds and animals.  He and Susan enjoyed many trips in their RV throughout the country.   He especially loved his grandsons and time spent with his family.  He will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him as a wonderful, witty person and good man.
