Paul A. Tatro
May 17, 1947 ~ August 6, 2016 (age 69) 69 Years OldSUTTON ... Paul A. Tatro, 69, died Saturday, August 6, in the UMass Memorial Medical Center, following a period of declining health. He is survived by his sister, Sheril Nordstrom, and her husband, Bob, of Uxbridge, an uncle, Norman Baker, of Sutton, a cousin, Keith Baker, in South Carolina, and his former wife, Susan (Petrozzi) Tatro.
Mr. Tatro was born in Northbridge, May 17, 1947, the son of Eugene L. and Helen (Baker) Tatro. He lived in Whitinsville until moving to Sutton 20 years ago. He was a graduate of Northbridge High School, and East Coast Aero Tech. A U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era, he was a helicopter mechanic, stationed in Korea.
Paul was a technician/ mechanical assembler at several electronic manufacturing companies, prior to retiring seven years ago, and he held classification as a power plant engineer.
He was an avid Red Sox and New England Patriots fan, and he enjoyed gardening and fishing.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM, Monday, August 15, in the Carr Funeral Home, 24 Hill Street, Whitinsville, preceded by a Calling Hour from 10-11 AM. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
