Peter M. Kindberg

Whitinsville--In the presence of his loving wife, children and close family, Peter Kindberg passed gently Saturday morning after a short, brave battle with pancreatic cancer. In his final hours they joined together, comforting Peter by singing songs he loved and sharing bittersweet tears.

         Peter will be remembered as a loving family man and a loyal friend: a big man with a bigger heart. He was a devoted husband, a caring father and found joy in time spent with his young grandson. He was a music aficionado and library of rock n’ roll history; a dedicated New England Patriots fan and experienced tailgating professional. He lived for the holiday season, a master of decorating the house for Christmas. He was the first with a joke, with a laugh that will echo forever. Peter’s life defines humility: a human alarm clock, waking before the sun every morning for thirty-seven years to work at his NAMCO factory, and returning home to his family and hard earned Whitinsville house he maintained with pride. His last years were spent working hard for Water’s Corporation in Milford, MA.

           Peter’s spirit lives on in his devoted wife, Kimberly; son, Shane and wife Taryn and grandson Declan; daughter, Brittany and husband Christian; mother, Muriel; sister, Valerie and husband Gary; sister, Donna and husband Ron; sister, Lisa and husband Scott; and many adoring nieces and nephews.
