Brian K. DeHaan Obituary

Brian K. DeHaan, 54, of Whitinsville, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at UMASS Hospital in Worcester. He is survived by his mother Susan (Havens) DeHaan of Whitinsville, his brother Craig DeHaan and his wife Arinya Lay Tim of Jacksonville, FL and a niece Kayleigh DeHaan. Brian was predeceased by his father Kenneth DeHaan, maternal grandparents Reverand Dr. Charles and Frances Havens and paternal grandparents John and Grace DeHaan. 


Brian was born in Worcester, MA on June 3, 1971, he was raised in Whitinsville and graduated from Northbridge High School. After High School he received his associate's degree in business from Newbury College. Mr. DeHaan worked for 10 years in Marlborough at Shipley Manufacturing before moving to Myrtle Beach and then Florida. Brian worked in Jacksonville, FL for American Ceramics as a quality control specialist until his return to Northbridge in 2024.


Brian enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing soccer in High School, taking cruises with friends to the Caribbean and Bahamas, loved amusement parks, riding roller coasters and especially enjoyed his time spent in Florida.
