Gerda A. (Oechsle) Curci

Sutton--Gerda A. Curci, of Sutton, MA, formerly of West Seneca, NY, passed away at Rose Monahan Hospice Home on August 24, 2017 after a short battle with cancer.  She was the wife of the late James Curci, mother to Harry Curci of Sutton, MA and Anthony Curci of Phoenix, AZ.  Gerda is also survived by her sister-in-law, Dora Oechsle,of Flein, Germany, her niece Eva and great niece Anja of Talheim, Germany and by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Gerda was born in 1926 in Heidelberg, Germany.  She survived WWII, after which she met and married James, her late husband, who served in the US Army.  Gerda came to the United States on July 12, 1954.

There will be no visiting hours.  Funeral service and interment will be private, honoring Gerda's final request.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gerda's memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701
