It is with great sadness that we announce that Jacob Cland, age 39, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 15, 2024.
Jacob is survived by his mother, his son Darren, and family. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00AM, Friday, June 21, 2024, at Saint Mark's Church, 356 Boston Road, Sutton, Massachusetts. Burial will follow in New Howard Cemetery, Armsby Road, Sutton. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed at the church website:
