James Brown Obituary

Apopka, FL--James G. Brown, 72, died at home on April 2. He was born April 8, 1945, in Worcester, a son of Thurston K. and Madeleine (Gorman) Brown. He was a proud alumni of Bates College, class of 1967. Mr. Brown was a well respected labor lawyer, retiring in 2016 from the firm of Ford and Harrison in Orlando.

In addition to his wife, Jessann (Hambleton) Brown, he is survived by his brother Douglas K. Brown and his wife Beverly, of Whitinsville; nephews Scott Brown and Jamie Brown and his partner Emily Hauer, and great niece Samantha.

A memorial service will be held at the home of his brother Doug on Sunday, May 6, from 2-4:30, at 53 East St., Whitinsville.
