Kim Laura (Rocheleau) Gallant, 54, died Saturday, May 7, 2022. Kim was born in Worcester, MA, July 2, 1967, to Francis A. Rocheleau, Jr. and Irene (Ruth) Boucher. She grew up in Whitinsville and Grafton and had lived in Woonsocket for the last 7 years.
Kim leaves her partner of 7 years, Edwin Santiago, and his family, of Woonsocket; her children: Kyle Malo, of Upton; Michael Malo and his wife Blanca, of Worcester; Danielle Malo and Rebecca Malo, both of Whitinsville; a sister Lisa Hanrahan and her husband Neil, of Brookfield; a brother Timothy Rocheleau, of Leicester, 5 grandchildren; and her best friend, Stacey Gebo, of Spencer. She is predeceased by her son Matt, and infant children Timothy, Elizabeth Ann and Stephen, and her brother Jamison.
Kim loved Orca whales and celebrated her birthday every year by going on a whale watch. She also had a deep respect and interest in Native American culture. Kim treasured her family more than anything; she welcomed her children's friends as a part of her family. After having experienced many difficult and sad times throughout her life, the past seven years that she spent with Edwin were happy. Edwin was Kim's "Prince Charming" and their life together was one of love.
Memorial Calling Hours will be held, Monday, May 23, 2022 at Carr Funeral Home, from 5-7PM, followed by a Prayer Service beginning promptly at 7 and ending at 7:30.
Please omit flowers. Donations made to honor Kim's memory may be made to Boston Children's Hospital in memory of the Novack children.
