Obituary
Lorie A. (Loader) Janovsky, died Sunday, April 23, 2023, in the Milford Regional Medical Center. She is survived by two sons: Dillon Janovsky, of Uxbridge and Brandon Janovsky, of Northbridge; two daughters Samantha Libby, of Northbridge, and Danielle Janovsky of Grafton; 7 grandchildren: Jarrod Kent, Camron Corey, Kyle Janovsky, Jason Shaw, Mya Shaw, Toby Janovsky and Molly Quinn and a granddaughter, Korra, expected in July; and two sisters. Lorie is predeceased by a sister and her daughter, Tanya Janovsky.
Born in Northbridge, Lorie was a daughter of Frank and Doris (Boileau) Loader. She graduated from Northbridge High School and continued her education with the University of Phoenix. Most of her life was spent in Northbridge, with the exception of a brief time living in Worcester. Until becoming ill, Lorie always worked, whether as a care giver or a bus driver, working in local coffee shops or in an office. She enjoyed crochet and making resin crafts. More than all else, Lorie loved being with her grandchildren, they brought her the most joy. She will be remembered for her compassion and always having an open door where everyone was welcome at any time.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Progressive Club, 18 Whitin St., Uxbridge, on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 4-6PM.
