Megan E. Ryan, 45, died Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in Backus Hospital, in Norwich, CT.  Megan was born July 22, 1980, in Milford, MA. She is survived by her mother, Tammy (Gilbert) Vallee and her husband, Randy, of Killingly, CT, and by her father, John Ryan and his wife, Bonnie, of Pomfret, CT.  She also leaves her brother, John Ryan, Jr., in New Hampshire, as well as many cousins and friends.
She was a 1998 graduate of Tourtellote Memorial High School and worked as a CNA in several Connecticut nursing homes.
Megan loved horses and owned several in her youth. She was a gregarious fun-loving individual who had many friends.

Megan's funeral will be a graveside service, at 11AM, Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at Old Howard Cemetery, Armsby Road, Sutton, MA. There are no Calling Hours. A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the South Woodstock Baptist Church, Woodstock, CT. Please omit flowers.
