Michael Garabedian, 89, of Grafton, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024, after a brief illness.

He leaves a son, Minas Garabedian, of Grafton; a daughter, Makroohi (Mak) Bedigian and her husband Paul, of Northbridge; and two grandchildren: Sara and Ryan of Northbridge.  He was predeceased by his wife, Eunice (Norigian)  Garabedian, in 2000. Mr. Garabedian was born in Whitinsville, a son of Levon and Lucy (Sudgian) Garabedian.  He was raised in Whitinsville, graduated from Northbridge High School, and received an associate's degree in drafting.  He was a veteran of the Korean War. He later moved to Grafton in the 1970’s.

Mr. Garabedian was a draftsman; he retired in 1995 from the former Gessner Trans Technology, in Worcester, where he worked for more than 20 years. He loved the game of baseball and was a devoted Detroit Tigers fan.
