Peter Thomas Chamberlain, 26, former of Autumn Rd, died peacefully Thursday, April 1, surrounded by his family.
He is survived, and will forever be missed, by his mother Robin, and her husband Paul Labonte, of Harrisville, RI, his father Peter Chamberlain, and his fiancé Abbie Jackman-Tallent, of Northbridge, his twin sister Kerri, and her husband Ryan Leshinski, of Sutton, sisters Samantha Chamberlain, of Sutton, Megan Adamski, of Worcester and Katrina Murphy, of Douglas, brother Austin Tallent, of Northbridge, his nieces Haley and Ryhanna, nephew Ryker, paternal grandparents Richard Chamberlain and Sandra Coyne, of Plymouth, maternal grandmother Patricia Muller, of Chepachet, RI, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pete will always be remembered for his big heart, free spirt, and the ability to make everyone around him smile. He enjoyed dirt biking, fishing, cooking, spending time with his family and friends. He loved being a jokester, even in his last hours with his siblings.
Calling Hours, from 5-7 pm, will be on Wednesday, April 7. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 8, at 10 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 77 Mendon St., Uxbridge, Ma 01569.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
