Stephen George West

Stephen G. West, 65, died at home, Saturday, October 3, after a period of declining health. He is survived by his brother, Peter West, and his wife,Tracey, of Webster, and his nieces, Dusti-Lee and Desiree Provencher. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Ruth (Elstead) West, and a brother, Paul West.

Stephen was born in Staten Island, New York, January 10, 1955, and lived there until moving to Westborough in his teens, He had lived in Whitinsville more than 30 years. He was a graduate of Westborough High School  and Northeastern University.

He was a warehouse manger at the former Levitz Furniture Company more than 20 years, and he held a similar position at Old Colony Office Supply in Whitinsville for several years. Most recently, he worked at Walmart in Whitinsville.

Stephen was former member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Westborough, and he coached softball there. He was a diehard New York Yankee fan,

Services for Stephen and his brother, Paul, will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westborough, on a date to be announced. There are no Calling Hours.
