Theresa Dunbar Obituary

Northbridge-- Theresa A. (Normandin) Dunbar, 95, died Thursday, January 7, at Beaumont Northbridge. She leaves 5 children; Eldon Dunbar, Jr., in the Philippines, Edward Dunbar and his wife Gayle, of Milford, Betty Steel and her husband Alexander, of Anderson, IN, Deborah Fitzpatrick, of Uxbridge, and Sylvia Sabourin and her husband Peter, of Whitinsville,  her sister Mary Jane Chianese, of Uxbridge and 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dunbar was predeceased by her husband Eldon Dunbar, Sr, in 1988, infant sons John and  Christopher, daughters Jo-Ann Garrett and Donna Letondress, brothers Leo and Arthur "Sonny" Normandin, her sister Yvonne Sabatino, and 2 grandsons, Chad Dunbar and James Steel.

Born November 21, 1925 in Uxbridge, a daughter of J. Edward and Evelyn (Poudrier) Normandin, she lived most of her life in Uxbridge.  Mrs. Dunbar attended the Good Shepherd School and was a life long member of Good Shepherd Church.  She enjoyed cross stitch and loved being with her family and children.

Calling Hours, from 5-7PM, are Monday, January 11.  Social distancing guidelines will be enforced.  Mrs. Dunbar's Funeral Mass and burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
