Sandy,

I’m so sad to hear this news. Jack is one of the great ones I have had the honor of working with, greeting everyone with a smile and ready to lend a hand if needed. I know from my conversations with him that we was very passionate about his interests and his life with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

God saw Jack was tired and was not going to get better so He took him...there will be no more sickness and Jack will have the eternal rest he so deserves after the fight he fought for so long. He will be missed, painfully so. May God grant you peace and comfort. Draw on the wonderful memories you have. Much love.

Sandy,
I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I truly enjoyed working with Jack, his million dollar smile was contagious! And Jack was ALWAYS willing to help others.
People like Jack made Bose the great company it is and he will eternally hold a special place in the hearts of those who had the privilege to work (and play) with him.
Rest in peace my friend!

John,

I hope you're looking down as I pen this condolence...and smiling. I had to tell you what you meant to me. I had friends in the Air Force but a few stand out as good, special friends. You, my friend, were one of those special few. You, Terry Boren, Lee Parker, Richard Smith, and Art Cadena, were like brothers to me, always looking out for me, trying to keep me on the straight and narrow. I know you have to have a smile on your face remembering all the goofy things I did. They bring a smile to my face, too...I told Sandy there had to be something from above that pushed me to call you after all those years, a reason.... You never revealed that you were having any kind of a medical issue. That's the way you were, always a positive light. I am SO glad I got the chance to talk to you one last time. The last time I saw you was around the middle of March, 1970. All those years ago...Don't know if I'll get over this one...Lee Parker is gone now, too, passing in 2010, near Kendallville, Allen County, Indiana. Terry Boren is ill now, too. Doesn't sound good. Our numbers continue to dwindle but your memory will stay with me from this day on. I am so sad right now...I don't know what else to say but, "God bless you and Sandy".
