Robert Joseph Pelletier
January 21, 1931 ~ November 25, 2017 (age 86) 86 Years OldSOUTH GRAFTON ... Robert J. Pelletier, 86, died Saturday, November 25, in the Lydia Taft House, Uxbridge. He is survived by his wife, Monica "Pat" (Such) Pelletier; two sons, Robert N. Pelletier, of Uxbridge, and Lee W. Pelletier; and a grandson, Kyle Pelletier, of South Grafton; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brother, Joseph Armand, and Alderic "Dick" Pelletier, and a sister, Lucille Warburton.
Mr. Pelletier was born in Grafton, a son of Noe and Marie Flora (Legere) Pelletier, and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Saint John's High School in Worcester, in 1949. He was United Stares Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, serving with the 1st Marine Air Wing in Korea.
He was an owner/operator of Holland's Express in Uxbridge for many years, and previously, drove for Voutour's Express of South Grafton.
Mr. Pelletier was a life member of American Legion Post #37, and VFW Post #1472 in South Grafton, and the Marine Corps League, Blackstone Valley Detachment.
At Mr. Pelletier's request, no funeral services will be held, and there are no calling hours. Memorial donations are requested to "Toys for Tots".
