Northbridge--Robert J. "Bob" Siemaszko, Jr., died peacefully while surrounded by his loving family at Brigham and Women's Hospital, as a result of complications from his 2nd bone marrow transplant.  He was 34.  Bob leaves his wife of 11 years, Jennifer (Mummenthey) Siemaszko and their son Madden, and daughter Audrey.  He is also survived by his parents Robert and Josephine (Rossetti)  Siemaszko, Sr., of Worcester; his brother Michael, and his wife Erica, and their children M.J. and Jake, of Grafton; his grandparents, John and Dolores Rossetti, of Shrewsbury; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Donna and George Pratt, and brother-in-law Adam Mummenthey, all of Whitinsville; aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is predeceased by his grandparents Edward and Ruth Siemaszko.
     Bob was born March 27, 1981 in Worcester.  He graduated from Holy Name High School with the class of 1999, continued his education at Assumption College , earning his bachelors degree, then Masters degree in Psychology, in 2005.  Bob had been the Clinical Director of Jeremiah's Inn, in Worcester, since 2014.  Previously, he worked for Community Health Link since he began as an intern during his undergraduate years.
     He was an amazing cook, loved all Boston sports,  and enjoyed playing video games and poker with his friends.  He looked forward to the annual father/son fishing derby with his father and his son at the Cape, a place that was very special to him.  Bob will be remembered as a very social, good-hearted man who was always trying to help people in any way he could.  He is loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
     Bob's funeral will be held Wednesday, March 30 at 10AM, at St. Patrick's Church, Whitinsville.  Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery.  Calling Hours, from 4-7PM, will be Tuesday, March 29.
